Pets are allowed at Apple Tree. A refundable pet deposit of $300.00 and a non-refundable pet fee of $125.00 must be paid and additional pet rent applies. Pets must be limited to 35 pounds or less with a maximum of 1 animal per household. Assistive animals will be reasonably accommodated with proper documentation and approval by management.
